Summer time and sprinklers….and blue goggles. Doesn’t get much better than that.
It seems like an explanation of everything that’s happened over the last month and some would just be too much, so here are some random pictures! There are more I need to download from my phone, and when that will happen…who knows!
A few cards – these will be for sale along with a BUNCH of other stuff at a sale this weekend!
Costume for a friend’s son – he was super cute!
More costumes, for my best friends girls. They looked SO cute at little Rockford Peaches! (If you don’t get the reference, it’s from A League of Their Own).
Some pumpkin patch fun!
Baby hat for a friend’s photography business. Really cute photo prop! Pattern can be found here: Oodles-4-Noodles.
Fun, sneaky learning games with ‘pumpkin day’ colored pom poms! Wyatt referred to Halloween this year, as Pumpkin Day after reading It’s Pumpkin Day Mouse!
And I did make a costume for my child as well! He was Buddy the dinosaur from Dinosaur Train. He liked it and wore it several times – I was so glad – he refused to wear his costume last year.
That’s all for now. More soon…hopefully! Blessings!
These little beauties are from the class I’m taking with Junelle.
These flowers are all New Jersey wildflowers sketched from a book I found at the library. I apologize, I didn’t write down names! I do know the last one is some type of thistle and this top one is a relative of the cone flower, I believe.
The idea is to share, so I attached them to cards with photo corners and washi tape! The look with the tape is so cute!
Blessings and wildflowers to you friends!
Once again, I apologize for the quality of the photos! Someday I’ll figure out what the rest of you are doing to get them right! 😉
Just a simple little watercolor this week since I didn’t have a camera on our picnic (and my phone is full – the silly thing tells me there’s no more room for pictures!)
I like all the cards I’ve worked with so far, but this feels a bit more like us – not too crazy, but fun – it’s definitely way more coordinated than we usually are though!
I was recently blessed with (another) opportunity to attend a Weekend Workshop at Alabama Chanin. Here are the first of several days of photos from the trip.
Hello!! Welcome to the new place!
(yes, that is me, wearing a headlamp, sewing, on the floor, in a crazy messy house)
Come back tomorrow to see what I’ve been working on (I promise it doesn’t involve headlamps)… or better yet, follow by email and these entries will come right to your inbox! Amazing, right? Technology these days…
And thanks for stopping by!
